He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Gerald McCluskey and Lori Williams McCluskey; and his cousins, Beth, Robbie, Ozten and Courtney.
He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Sandra Cole, Brenda Carl, Linda Williams, Stephanie Goff, Cindy B., Edward Williams, Jimmy McCluskey and Craig McCluskey; his cousins, Heather, Janet, Lindsay, Molly, Noah, Marc, Katie, Carrie, Christi, Kirsty, Christian, Christopher, Marrissa, Jameson and Seth; and his pets, Toby and Nightmare.
