She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Smith and Pearl Taylor Smith; and her husbands, James Harmon and Earl Outlaw. She is survived by: her siblings, Copeland Smith, Vermelle Keisler, Opal Rikard and Zelma Backman; her stepchildren, Billy Outlaw and Vickie Outlaw; her daughters, Marcia Talbert (Kevin) and Leicia Miller (Gene); her grandchildren, Troy Talbert (Rosetta), Tamera Talbert (Matt), Scott Miller (Melissa), Nick Miller (Chelsea) and Will Miller (Katie); her stepgrandchildren, Christy Todd (Rusty) and Brook Spires; her great grandchildren, Kayhsen, Alex, Eli, Owen, Grayson, Quinn and Knox; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Maggie, Banks and Molly; and also Kitty Spires (Roger). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
