She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Edward Worthington Jr.; her children, Grant Morris (Kelly) of Gaffney, Brock Morris (Holly) of Gaffney and Amanda Spencer (Josh) of Gaffney; her stepson Dan Worthington (Jackie) of Grand Rapids, MI; her siblings, Stan Burgess of Gaffney and Donna Proctor (Dwayne) of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Dylan, Luke, Abby, Ally, Rylee, Jake, Brooklyn and Bella; her stepgrandchildren, Kierstin, Sophia and Austin; and her great grandchild Mia.
