It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Upchurch (Gaffney, South Carolina), who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Upchurch and Euzelia "Nonnie" Cartee Upchurch; and his brother Marvin Upchurch, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Ruppe and Roger Upchurch (Brenda) of Gaffney; and his first love Teresa Davis of Gaffney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Tommy personally requested that memorials be made to, Kirby Memorial Baptist Church, 512 Chandler Drive, Gaffney, SC 29340.
