He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Parker and Bettye Greene Parker. He is survived by: his wife Gail Rowell Parker; his daughter Rhonda Parker Arwood (Joe) of Fargo, ND; his stepson William Jeffrey Scott (Gina) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his grandson Josh Arwood (Amanda) of Flowery Branch, GA; his brother Mike Parker (Frances) of Boiling Springs; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Vaughn of Johnston, SC and Debra Black of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
