She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Cobb and Lela Owens Cobb; her son Brian Hipps; her son-in-law Billy Albright; and her brothers, Bill Cobb, Roy Cobb and Arthur Cobb.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Hamrick; her children, Mark Hamrick of Gaffney, Craig Hamrick (Aida) of Manning, SC, Tim Hamrick of Atlanta, GA, Karen Martin (Gerald) of Gaffney and Donna Albright of Pacolet; her sisters, Iree Peeler of Gaffney and Syble Messer of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Barry Peterson, Kelli McCarter (Randy), Chris Albright, Christopher Hamrick and Thomas Hamrick; and her great grandchild Leela Ferrell-Albright.
