He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Elizabeth Jolley Cooke; his parents, Mick Cooke and Marie Bentley Cooke; his daughter Nancy Marion; and his siblings, Fate Cooke, Ray Cooke, Wallace Cooke, Leola and Eller.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Cooke Elmore of Gaffney; his grandchildren, Kimberly Holland, Angela Kennedy (Shane), Amanda Morris (Roger), Jeff Morris (Julie), Tammy O'Dell (Tim) and Shannon Lauridsen; and his niece Janice Scates of Union. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren.
