It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Duncan of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn Duncan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dexter Coleman Duncan; her parents, Coley Spencer and Myrtle Upchurch Spencer; her siblings, Emma Jean Cooper, Shirley Shue, J. H. Spencer, Winston Spencer and Gilbert Spencer; and also Warren "Babe" Spencer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie McAbee (Jerry) of Gaffney, Tammie Hensley (Jim) of Chesnee, Karen Rector (Michael) of Pacolet and Miranda McAbee of Gaffney; and her grandchildren, Jeremy McAbee (Ashley), Ashley Martin (Brandon), Brandon Patrick (Ashley), Jimmy Hensley, Jr. (April), Zach Hensley and Kailee Rector. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
