He is survived by: his wife Misty Seals Splawn; his children, Douglas Earl Splawn, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Spartanburg, Joshua Darren Splawn (Jordan) of Spartanburg, Kenneth Bradley (Savannah) of Chesnee, Brittney Bradley of Gaffney and Victoria Garcia (Fausto) of Chesnee; his brother Kenny Splawn (Jeanette) of Charlotte, NC; and his grandchildren, River Isaiah Splawn, Elliott Rose Splawn, Henley Warren Higgins, Neva Wease, Clayson Garcia, Darius Garcia, Ryleigh Bradley, Lyana Garcia and Grace Bradley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
