She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Blackwell; her parents, Adelord Ouelette and Julienne Jandreau Ouelette; her brothers, Roderick Ouelette, Adam Ouelette, Gerald Ouelette and Gaylon Ouelette; and her stepson-in-law Ricky Allen.
She is survived by: her daughter Sue Ramsey of Gaffney; her stepchildren, Marlene Allen of Gaffney, Wanda Blackwell (Charlie) of Gaffney and Jeff Blackwell of Gaffney; her siblings, Joseph Allen Ouelette (Nancy) of Fort Bragg, David Ouelette of Maine, Reverend Kent Ouelette of Maine, Lisa Thurlow (Larry) of Maine, Virginia Clifford (Kenneth) of Maine and Malvia Landry (Ruben) of Maine; and her grandchildren, Portia Ramsey (Ricky Richards), Eric Blackwell, Ricky Allen, Joel Allen and Crystal Allen. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
