He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Benish and Connie Benish (Ilaria); and his grandson Eric Edward Lair. He is survived by: his wife Maria Benish (Montesano); his children, Lenny Benish Jr., Sandra Reddick (Chris), Maria Jefferies (Fitch) and Anthony Benish (Lucia); his grandchildren, Jessica Croucher, Anna Schaub, Jason Lair, Sara Jefferies, Fitch Jefferies, Kellie Lair and Lilianna Benish; his great grandchildren, Gia Croucher, Sylas Croucher, Evie Lair and Henry Schaub; his brother Raymond; his sister-in-law Janet Benish; and his grandchildren, Nikki Mancuso, Cheryl Benish, Cameron Hollingsworth, Ava Hawkes and Quinn Hawkes.
