He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Shirley Bell and Darrell Howell. He is survived by: his parents, Teresa Lynn Howell Bell (Bob Jacobson) and Dwayne Bell; his close friend Alexandra Guba; his sister Heather Bell; and his grandparents, Burt Bell and Geraldine Howell.
