He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth "Beth" Sullivan Nicholas; his children, Calvin Dudley Sullivan and Jessica Brook Hunter (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Kayleigh Grace and Kaiden James Sullivan; his nephew John Nicholas (Briana); and also Faith Sullivan.
