We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2024, at the age of 85, Samuel Palmer of Eutawville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Josiah Palmer and Zadie Palmer; and his brother Rev. Benjamin F. Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Clark Palmer. He is also survived by two children, eight grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
