He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Thomas and Amy Scott Delaney of Columbia. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy D. Delaney; his sons, Reginald K. Delaney (Ashley) and Devin M. Delaney; his grandson Kejuan R. Delaney of Columbia; and his sisters, Joann D. Beverly, Vivian D. Williams and Evette D. Gray of Columbia. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.
