She is survived by: her sons, Eugene "Sonny" (Antonia Rivers), Melvin, Morris Rivers, Lawrence (Miranda Rivers) and Quentin Rivers; her grandchildren, Everette, Audrey Rivers, Melvin Rodrick, Mehgan Rivers, Marcia, Deshawn Watson, Nyree, Christi Paul, Deanna, Elliot Brown, Meir Perry, Lawrence Jr., Natasha Rivers, Melvin "Justin", Melissa Rivers, Anthony, Crystal Rivers, Derrick Grantham, Kareem Grantham, Chardale Rivers and Alexis Rivers; and also Symone Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
