It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Scott Woodward Budd (Elgin, South Carolina), born in Lumberton, New Jersey, who passed away on April 26, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Blair Budd and Irene Woodward Budd; and his brother Andrew Budd. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Watts Budd; and his sister Patricia Baruzzi (Robert) of Glassboro, NJ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved dogs, Buddy.
