He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis E. Fulmer and Elua Howell Fulmer; his son Steven Erick Fulmer; and his sister Linda Kay Fulmer Justice. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Fulmer; his sons, Bobby "Rusty" Johnson, Jr. (Vicki), Robert Glenn Johnson and James "Scotty" Johnson (Crystal); his daughter-in-law Dawn Fulmer; his grandchildren, Caleb Justin Parker, Haley Erin Parker, Bevrlynn Gail Johnson, James Luke Johnson and Perry Steven Fulmer; and his brothers, David W. Fulmer (Vickie) and Charles "Willie" Jenkins.
