He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen E. Brown and Lurie Heath Brown; his son Harold Anthony Moak; and his siblings, Christine Manor, Juanita Jordan, Opal Moore, Ledford Brown and Leroy Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Moak (Pam), Mike Moak (Lisa) and Pam Delk (Randy); his daughter-in-law Debbie Moak Hughes; his brother Kenny; and his sisters-in-law, Edith Moak, Peggy Brown and Ruth Brown. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 3 great great-grandchildren; special friends.
