It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey Lathan Gardner of Elgin, South Carolina, born in Lugoff, South Carolina, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Gardner and Mattie Rabon Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Campbell Gardner. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
