He is survived by: his wife Helen Delores Napper (Dee) of Elgin; his daughter Cathryn L. Locke (Bobby) of Kings Mountain, NC; his grandchildren, Hannah Locke of Houston, TX and Robert Locke of Clemson, SC.; his nephew Layne Dowey (Ashleigh); his great-nephews, Aston, Connor and Kirk of Elgin, SC; his sisters, Phyllis Branham (Billy) of Camden, SC, Pat Spradley (Curt) of Lugoff, SC and Pam Cary (David) of Lugoff, SC; and his brothers-in-law, Frankie Dowey, Steve Dowey (Vivian), Terry Dowey (Jackie) and Arnold Dowey.
