He is survived by: his wife Belinda Rhyner Fulmer; his children, Christopher Lee Miller (Liz) of West Columbia, Breann Leigh Dillon (Mark) of Elgin and Bridget Clarke of Elgin; his siblings, Jean Hodge (Bill) of Camden, Rhett Fulmer of Camden and Dale Fulmer (Virginia) of Elgin; and his pet JB.
