With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Steele Caldwell of Eastover, South Carolina, born in Bessemer, Alabama, who passed away on November 17, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coleman Steele and Annie Adams Steele; and her husband Grover Cleveland. She is survived by: her children, Ron Caldwell (Debby) of Bluffton, Grover C. Caldwell, III (Elaine) of Columbia, David S. Caldwell (Lesa) of Eastover, Jeannine Craven (Kavin) of High Point, NC and Brenda Reynolds (Mike) of Eastover. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the family requests services to be private.
In lieu of flowers and food for the family, memorials may be made to Harvest Hope Food Bank, Samaritan's Purse or a charity of one's choice.
