He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Gilstrap and Rosa Gilstrap; and his brother Clyde Gilstrap. He is survived by: his wife Betty Gilstrap; his children, Charles Gilstrap, Cynthia Gilstrap and Michael Gilstrap; his grandson Justin Earl Lusk; and his brother JW Gilstrap. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (2410 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens, SC 29671). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM.
