He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cook and Desie Sullivan Cook; and his siblings, Daniel Cook, Trudy Dopson, Nell Gaits and Daisy Mae Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Jones; his children, Roy M Cook of Orangeburg, Reginia Bailey (Kevin) of Walterboro, Patty Sanders (Sigo) of Newton Falls and Randy Cook (Kathrine) of Asheville; and his siblings, Ray Cook of Moselle, Urel Stone of Islandton and Fay Bouknight (Jimmy) of Irmo. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
