She was predeceased by: her son Dr. Richard Williamson (Tara); and her brother Col. L. Albert Williams. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Salley Harbaugh (Chad) of Asheville, NC, John W. Williamson, IV (Rachel) of Austin, TX, Richard Williamson and Andrew Williamson of Orangeburg, SC.; her great grandchild Sylvia Jane Harbaugh; her niece Mary Beth Harris of Tampa, FL; and her brother-in-law Joseph A. Williamson of Orangeburg, SC..

On March 28, 2020, her only great granddaughter Sylvia Jane Harbaugh was born, unfortunately, due to the COVID-19, she only saw Sylvia's photograph.
