Walter Woodrow Blackman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2023, at the age of 82, Walter Woodrow Blackman of Darlington, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Woodrow Blackman, Sr. and Dorothy "Dot" Smith; and his favorite horse Diamond. He is survived by: his children, Walter "Walt" Woodrow Blackman, III (Gina), Denise Boyd (Curtis) and Stacy Blackman (Tammy); his stepchildren, Kim Gulledge (Grady), Kevin King and Wendy Adkins (Jon); his grandchildren, Jamie Blackman, Will Blackman, Carly Fleming, Bella Blackman, Benjamin Boyd, Austin Blackman and Brittany Blackman; his stepgrandchildren, Jamie Evans, Haven Evans, Keith Shepard, Ethan Shepard and Lydia Adkins; and his siblings, Jimmy Blackman (Lanette) and Penny Goss (Doug). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
