She was predeceased by: her parents, William Phillips and Frances Phillips; and her sister Barbara Mannone. She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her children, Richard Tolle (Carrie), Michael Tolle (Steven), Tracey Wardean (John) and Deborah Griffin (Allen); and her sister Sandra Jackson. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren.
