He is survived by: his wife Karen Moorer Minnis; his sons, Raymond Minnis, Jr. of Charleston, SC and Roland Minnis of Charleston, SC; his stepsons, Keith Jirel (Alison) of Cottageville, SC, Trey Watford (Julie) of Batesburg, SC, Brett Watford (Carrie) of Charleston, SC and Tate Watford (Jaime) of Lexington, SC; his daughter Susan Morris Gallo (Steve) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Will Minnis, Kate Minnis of Savannah, GA, Georgia, Gavin Gallo of Charleston, Avery, Brinton Jirel of Cottageville, Carley, Morgan, Rachel Watford of Batesburg, Tyler, Parker, Lawson, Cullen, Rylan Watford of Charleston, Ben and Sam Watford of Lexington; his sister Judy Brock of Charleston; and his sister-in-law Denise Moorer of Cottageville.
