She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Willie Faulkner; her parents, Willie Mizell and Hattie Lee Mizell; her siblings, H. B. Mizell, George D. Mizell, Jeremiah Mizell, Emma Jean Felder and Annie Katherine Kizer; and her son-in-law David Holdaway.
She is survived by: her aunt Doo-Dee; her daughters, Dorothy Ann Faulkner Firestone (Carl) of Cottageville, Mary Elizabeth Faulkner Ferguson (Henry) of Cottageville and Cheryl Marie Faulkner Holdaway of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and her granddaughter Tina Marie Ferguson of Cottageville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
