He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Lee Lantz and Nelda Ann Tenney Lantz. He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Worman of Cottageville, SC, Debra Lantz of Largo, FL and Diana Cotts (Kevin) of Dunkirk, MD. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews and nine great nieces and great nephews.
