He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Howell and Marjorie Workman Mizzelle; and his sisters, Barbara Howell Mizzelle and Betty Howell Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Vanosdall Howell; his siblings, John Howell (Chong) of Clarksville, TN., Tim Howell (Susan) of Clover, SC, Loretta Howell Litzenberger of Ashland, KY and Jeanne Howell Edgar (Rick) of Goose Creek, SC.; his daughters, Angie Howell Belk (Tommy) of Summerville and Becky Howell Sims (Robert) of Waynesville, NC; and his stepdaughters, Laurie Allen Blackmon (Ricky) and Leath Moore Provenzano (Steven) of Nakomis, Fla.. He is also survived by twelve Grand-children and ten Great-Grand-Children as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
