He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Jacobs Mack; his children, Damon Mack (Tonya) of Lawton, Marvin Mack (Ronise) of Charlotte, Ricky Evans (Sandra) of San Antonio, Richard Jefferson of Columbia and Jada Mack of Columbia; his stepmother Juanita Mack of Columbia; his stepsiblings, Michael Mack of Columbia, Bryan Carn of East Orange, Loretta Mack-Lake of Columbia, Cheryl Mack of Columbia and Martha "Cookie" Mack of Columbia; his mother-in-law Zeola Jacobs of Columbia; and his siblings-in-law, William Jacobs (Brenda), Daryl Sulton (Jolanda) of Columbia and Kathleen Jacobs of Columbia. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
