He is survived by: his wife Judy Black Payne; his children, Whitney Jennifer Payne of York, SC and Christopher Matthew Payne (Rhonda) of Clover, SC; and his grandsons, Paxton Smith Payne and Banks Cooper Payne. He is also survived by his family and friends, and always put his family.
