She was predeceased by: her father Buford Adam Robbins; her husband Thomas Neil Phillips, Sr.; her daughter Teresa Osburn; her granddaughter Laurie Moss; and her siblings, Sara J. Dixon, Ray and Steve Robbins.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Neil Phillips, Jr., Tommy Ray Phillips (Sandy) of Sebring, FL, Ginger Sue Delaney (Mike) of Avon Park, FL and Robin P. Moss of Clover, SC; and her brothers, Adam and David Robbins. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twenty-four great grandchildren.
