He is survived by: his wife Joerine Terry Millen; his sons, Randall Perry Millen, Sr. (Tracy) of Clover, SC, Mack Brian Millen (Marie) of York, SC and Robert Marion Millen of Clover, SC; his grandchildren, Katie Marie Millen, Randall Perry Millen, Jr., Matthew Brian Millen (Abby) and David Thomas Millen (Monika); and his sister Carolyn Millen Bingham.
