We bid farewell to Frances L. O'Keef (Chesterfield, South Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 20, 2024 at the age of 79. Frances touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chartier and Frances DeCosta Chartier; her husband Roger Edward O'Keef; and her brother Albert Chartier. She is survived by: her children, Shawn O'Keef, Scott Palmer and Debra Hart; her grandchildren, Debra Ingram, Katana O'Keef, Doris Ewell, Autumn Gainey Eufracio and Dylan Ewell; her great grandchildren, Krystal, Drew, Aden, Landen, Laken, Anna, Lexi, Celica and Nikolai; and her siblings, Billy Chartier, Louie Chartier and Rose Palmer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller Rivers Caulder Funeral Home (318 E Main St, Chesterfield, SC 29709). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel (318 E Main St, Chesterfield, SC 29709).
