He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Nelson Hall and Jannie Elizabeth Peoples Hall; and his brother Lewis "Joe" Hall, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Diane Damon Hall; his children, Robert Lee Hall, Jr., Marlon Hall, Lachelle M. Hall, Jannie D. Hall and Catrina J. Hall; and his siblings, Daniel Hall (Anniecia), David Hall, Betty Jean Hall Tucker and Beverly Hall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
