He was predeceased by: his parents, Waddie William Hudson and Bessie Bishop Hudson; and his siblings, Maude Patterson, Lucy Clayton, Herman Hudson and Daniel Hudson.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Lillian Smalley Hudson; his children, Lisa H. Waddell (David) of Pauline and Dennis Hudson of Chesnee; his siblings, Cecile Fitts of Greer, Calvin Hudson of Greer, Getties Hudson of Greer and Thomas Hudson of Greer; and his granddaughter Katelyn Griswold (Devin) of New York.
