He was predeceased by: his spouse Charlotte Ann Camp Seay; and his parents, Willie Seay and Pearl Poteat Seay. He is survived by: his children, Brian Seay (Sandy) of Chesnee and Karen Belue (Ronnie) of Inman; his siblings, Gary Seay and Judy Rogers; his grandchildren, Cory Belue (Ashley), Bailey Christiano (Joey), Austin Seay, Ethan Seay and Jesse Seay; and his significant other Marsha Willingham. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
