He is survived by: his spouse Dee Dee Stacey McGinnis; his children, Amberli Yeasted (Dan), Joe McGinnis (Marlye) and Grant McGinnis (Abbey); his grandchildren, Elizabeth McGinnis, Adelyn McGinnis, Tobin McGinnis, Pax McGinnis, Teagon McGinnis, Mayvrie Yeasted, Sims McGinnis, MaSeay McGinnis, Radley McGinnis, Allissa-Marie McGinnis and Maggie Yeasted; his sister Brenda Thrift (Darrell); and his sister-in-law Deana Watson (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
