He is survived by: his mother Ruby Owens; his stepmother Anne Owens; his wife Lisa Osteen Owens; his children, Tiffany Jackson (Jonathan) and Kelley Stacey (Josh); his grandchildren, Aubree Jackson and Kaegan Stacey; and his sister Cindy Cassady (Danny).
