He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mills and Aileen Mills; and his brothers, James Mills Jr. and Oletha Mills. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Mills Jr. (NC), Kaimi Mills (MD), Jason Mills (NC), Shekia Hester (SC), Kelly Proctor (SC) and Conyus Proctor Jr. (SC); and his siblings, Carolyn Mills (SC), Roy Wilson (SC), Kathy Mills Smith (SC) and Annette Drummond (SC). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
