He is survived by: his children, Mandy Burnside (Sam) of Tiffin, Missy Montgomery (Kevin) of Bellevue and Calum Thorn of Chesnee, SC; his girlfriend Tiffany Thorn; his sisters, Deanna Kiesel of Findlay and Barb Roberts (Mark) of Tiffin; and his grandchildren, Colton James, Emma Burnside, Isaac Burnside and Caleb Burnside.
