He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Rodgers Ravenel Dougherty and Arthur Ravenel, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Suzanne C. Ravenel, Arthur Ravenel III Renee Ravenel (Heidi), Eva Ravenel and Thomas J. J. Ravenel; his uncles, Edward Ravenel (Patty), James B. Rodgers (Sue), John C. Rodgers (Elizabeth) and Sandy Bee (Mary Ann); and his aunt Ann Rodgers. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
