She was predeceased by: her husband Donald H. Scandell; her parents, Foster L. Jordan and Rose Jollie Jordan; and her children, Wesley DeHay (Lenora), Rose DeHay, Helen T. Easterling and Nancy Scandell.
She is survived by: her children, William Easterling (Ashley) of Roundo, SC and Linda Easterling Patrick of Eutawville, SC.; her stepchildren, Kenneth Scandell and Gail Scandell; and her close friends, Debra Jennings and Barbara Hardwick. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 19 great great grandchildren.
