He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Nathaniel and Catherine Mamie Gadsden; and his brothers-in-law, Albert Anderson, Sr. and Joseph Fenley. He is survived by: his siblings, Evelyn Wright (Arthur), Harold Mack (Myrtle), Frank Gadsden (Maggie) and Mamie Fenley (David); his wife Karen Gadsden; his sisters, Lavinia Armstrong, Rosalee Washington (Joseph) of Adams Run, SC and Emma Anderson of Atlanta, GA.; his children, Shanta Ann Gadsden of Jacksonville, Fla., Shantel Denise Gadsden, Cassandra Bailey of North Charleston, SC and Theodora Graham of North Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, Preston Gadsden, Henry Mulligan, Jr., Rashard Gadsden (Gianni), Domonique Gadsden, Sakema Mclaurin, Kyleeyah Webb, Briana Webb, Lon Garica and Laura Farrell; his great grandchildren, Domonic Simmons, Titus Gadsden, Mercury Simmons, Amare Bowens and Amara Simmons; and his mother-in-law Victoria Bailey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
