It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Zito of Charleston, South Carolina, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Molly Martucci and Joseph Martucci; her brother Robert; and her husband Dominick P. Zito. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Orientale (Gerard) of Southold, NY, Alice Leto of Charleston, SC, Joan Zito-Decker (Brett) of Charleston, SC and Dawn Zito of Palm Coast, FL.; her nephew Joe Zito; and her cousins, Nancy Nierenberg and Abbie Greene. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
