We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, at the age of 93, Carmen Jenkins Bentz in Charleston, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Francis Jenkins (Anna Louisa Walpole) and Carmen. She is survived by: her sister Francis Atkinson (Billy); her children, L. Earl Bentz (Janet) and Carmen "Terri" Bentz Gilbert; her grandchildren, Anthony Osment, Anna Osment Armstrong (John), Mariel Bentz Ingram (Bucky), Amelia Bentz Falk (Todd) and Camille Bentz Barrett (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Lilah Osment, Bentz Rich, Fletcher Falk, Jace Armstrong, Rivers Barrett, Jackson Falk, Carolina Barrett and Henry Ingram. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
