Betty Louise Turner Bratcher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Louise Turner Bratcher of Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A Jennings and Bessie G Jennings of Charleston, SC.; her daughter Diane Byrd; her granddaughter Melissa Murray; and her siblings, James A Jennings (Bubba), Bessie E Jennings and Ruth Alma Jennings.
She is survived by: her son Johnnie Turner (Renee); her son-in-law Harvey Byrd; her grandchildren, Kim Koontz (Phillip), Julia Cardamone (Pierce), Robyn James (Nick), Jessica Griffin (Tyler) and Brad Turner (Lindsey); her sisters, Barbara Headrick and Judy Talbott; and her close friend Skip Carlbom. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Connie Maxwell Children's Home in Greenwood, SC.
